The location of the property was excellent - easy walking distance to the beautiful old town, near lots of restaurants and shops, and only minutes from bus stops to the airport and other destinations on the island. The large roof terrace would have been brilliant to have at a different time of year - unfortunately we couldn’t use it much as in spite of dry weather the furniture was always dripping with condensation. Beds were comfortable and the property was generally clean. The host left drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. We didn’t meet the host but he was responsive on WhatsApp. The property felt safe and secure. There is a lot of aircraft and street noise at night but this is probably true of any property in this location - we expected it and it didn’t bother us.

The property is very basically kitted out and the living room is very cramped. It’s not luxurious as the name suggests. The flat would be great for people who just want a base for sleeping, but for a trip where you want to cook and spend time together at the property it was not suitable. Some simple basics were lacking (eg sufficient pots, crockery and utensils, a tea towel for drying dishes, cloths for wiping up) and there was no information on the local area or on the flat - eg no instructions on how to operate the hot tub, which we could not use as it didn’t heat up.

The location, facilities and owner was amazing!

The place was clean and looked nice, but the kitchen was not very well equipped and the construction quality could be better (the bathroom was damp). The host was very kind, responded quickly, and was very helpful — we even got extra blankets right away.

Clean. Close to the city center. Confortable bed. The kitchen is well equipped.

They have a problem with the plumbing upstairs (at the bathroom from the bedroom). When you take a shower the water is dripping from the ceiling and is wetting the sofa downstairs. This is a room with a sofa on the first level and a bedroom upstairs (there is an interior ladder you can climb).

Não sei se é normal mas fiquei incomodado com o barulho excessivo dos aviões chegando e partindo. Parecem que passam sobre o apartamento. Fiquei em outro apartamento depois e não tive qualquer problema.
