Au vu du prix, certains points sont décevants : le ménage n’avait pas été fait — on aurait dit que les anciens voyageurs étaient encore présents — le mobilier était vieilli surtout pour la cuisine et les sanitaires, et certaines chaises avaient les pieds cassés, il fallait faire très attention en s’asseyant.

The flat is beautifully furnished, comfortable and well situated. Bus stop no. 15 for the airport is 2 minutes away and it’s a 10 min trip to the airport. We booked this flat at the last minute due to a change of plan and the owners were very responsive and ensured the flat was cleaned quickly. We appreciated the coffee available the next morning. They gave us also good advice and were available on WhatsApp if need be.

Just the flight of stairs for our heavy suitcase. This was compensated by the comfort and space in the flat!

Hercules was super helpful and easy to contact. We booked last minute (within an hour of arriving) and he accommodated our requests really well. There was a water cut while we were there, and he extended our check out time so we could get breakfast then come back to shower once the mains issue was sorted. Clean,.spacious and comfy apartment

Just amazing property! Everything is modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The air conditioning is working at full strength. The service is wonderful, friendly, they provide us with a luggage room also. Not forget to mention - breathtaking view on the rooftops!

I think the door handle needs some little repair:)

Great location, very spacious apartment. We were a group of 5 and it was perfect for us. Hercules was very accommodating and always responded quickly. Would definitely recommend :)

- Its right in the center, so its very convenient. - Lots of options to take care of food yourselves. - little balcony for smokers - comfortable bed and couch - TV with netflix - there was even a washing machine - owners really go out of their way to make your trip as worry-free as possible, always respond quite fast. Great guys!

Nothing really, this is not exactly a luxurious place to stay but thats not the point either, if you want convenience in the center of Corfu Town, then its A+ but for new travellers id recommend staying here just for one night so you can wind down after arriving, and prioritize other places outside of Corfu Town to stay (lots of beaches, highly recommend Dassia beach for example)

We stayed for 5 nights in the Pearl 1 flat, comfortably with 4 people and a 5th on the sofa bed. The location is super close to central Corfu town, easily walkable everywhere, including to the coast. Buses stop close by, and it’s not far to/from the airport. Hercules was incredible; he let us check-in super early, and also do a late check-out to align with our flight. He carried our cases up the stairs, gave us a tour of the apartment, showed us how everything worked. There were lots of drinks and snacks left for us, including wine and fruit! We texted a couple of times for restaurant and bar recommendations, and these turned out really well. The flat is all really new, there’s AC in every room, there’s a washing machine, and the wifi is good. There’s lots of stairs up to it, but that means you get the amazing rooftop terrace, where we spent almost all of our time when in the flat. It’s also got a hot tub, with built-in bluetooth speakers. 10/10 would recommend!!

Great little place, extremely well organized and well designed apartment. Absolutely brilliant lastminute check in.. ( 1 hour before in fact!) Great location..Absolutely central, a good area to be. Lovely host. Thank you so much!
