The staff was really nice and always available to help. There were coca and muña tea available 24/7, also coca leaves. Breakfast was great, many options. Room was clean, good bed sheets and hair dryer.

the bathroom sink was dripping, we ask three days for them to fix it but didn’t work. So sometimes the bathroom would get little wet

My stay at San Agustin Plaza in Cusco was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The room exceeded my expectations - very spacious, equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. Dining in the hotel's restaurant was a treat, with delicious meals that highlighted local flavors. What stood out the most was the staff's exceptional service; they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend San Agustin Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Cusco.

2 nights stay at San Augustin Plaza Cusco was so memorable that prompted me to write.  The price was value for money in terms of room cleanilness, cosiness, provsion of early morning breakfast and above all, the helpful hotel staff support.  With the support of Ruth of the check-in desk to arrange a quiet room for a good rest for my wife, she overcame her high attitude sickness quickly.   As we came back from Machu Pichu late afternoon with a lot of clothing awaiting laundry service, another staff, Milton helped me to source a laundry shop for an express service such that I had the clean clothes for my next destination.  For a non Spanish speaking traveller, both Ruth and Milton speak fluent English which definitely helped ease the stress of foreign guest when they encountered problems.
