"Great location and decent stay but don’t book any airport transfers"

Great location. Let us check in early and leave our bags for a day

It took a ridiculous number of emails to try to arrange an airport pickup. I couldn’t get anyone to confirm it after over 5-6 requests, and after I had already paid! I even tried calling twice and no one answered the phone. No one met us at the airport and so it ended up costing us some time and a few dollars more. The hotel did refund the price paid for the transfer.

"Rude Receptionist, great location"

location, but San Dorado is better (same company)

Reception staff, there were 3 female staff members, they were rude when i first arrived to enquire about the hotel. No one made it clear if they could speak english, which would have helped. When i started to talk to the receptionist, she started to o something else. They out right refused to talk further because they told me there were no rooms available, but I later booked it online, giving them the benefit of the doubt.
