GBThe room was not clean bathroom smelt of urine TV had no power cable the blinds were broken stains on the carpet etc etc very expensive for a very poor room
MXWIFI wasn´t working, as also the Television did not work.
GBGBThe hotel is central to all amenities shops, theatre s cafes bars museums etc, great position on the waterfront to sit out on a nice day ,shame it was wet ,its a good location. The staff was pleasant.
The size of the room was more like a single then a double it was very tight. Even with the window it felt closed in,it looked tired, but the main issue was the stairs not good for people with knee trouble s, and the music very loud

The check in process, the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, the pressure of the shower, the fact the temperature in the shower kept changing, the fact the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and was not made and towels not changed, the noise levels, the heating in the room that we could not control, the fact you could not stand up straight in most of the bedroom as the ceilings were so low, the fact the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty.

I think the bathroom need redoing up that’s the only problem I had but everything was good
