Excellent location - great apartment - spacious and comfortable.

Not too convenient to collect keys from busy city centre location - slight mix up with keys but soon resolved by staff. Apartment could have been a little better equipped - coffee maker/caffetiere etc. Also, some basic provisions left at property would be appreciated - salt/pepper, oil, washing up liquid etc.

I was sent conflicting information as to where to collect keys and as I am deaf I was unable to phone for clarification. In fact after emailing and waiting for a reply I had to ask my daughter to phone to confirm which of the two location you told me was correct.
