I booked an apartment this was no more than a bed sit. It was advertised with it own kitchen and sound proofed. It was a shared kitchen behind the bedroom wall was a washing machine that was used by the full time tenant all weekend started at 7.30 on Saturday morning. We tried to speak to the gentleman on site he never came back to us. We found on Sunday room 5 was empty all weekend and looked more like what I had booked. The room was poorly decorated and badly maintained, the bathroom was smaller than what you get on an aircraft. Not even a chair in the room no where to sit and eat was definitely not as advertised

The steps down to the room. The security code I was given was wrong and the carpet was damp due to a leak! 😭
