It was not straight forward to get the keys and parking

Nothing, I could not even get into the room with my suitcase it was that small. Booked it for 13th-28th February to do some traveling around. Messaged via booking to ask if they had something bigger, not at that time. I could not face staying somewhere so claustrophobic and had to leave. Found somewhere else to stay for a few days. Owners started off very accommodating and although they could not offer a full refund, they were happy to refund 50% if I didn't leave a bad review. Well here we are, no 50% refund after all this time and despite asking on more than one occasion, still no one has contacted me about the refund. Yes I booked it, yes I saw photos but when you have to close a bathroom door to get to the bed, the room is far too small. I also travelled with a small dog and it was a broom cupboard size room. Not happy at all.

Easy check-in with all instructions via SMS and email.

Toilet seat was broken. Called the host, he said it'd be replaced next day. It didn't happen. Seat was broken all 5 days I stayed there. Corridors and communal areas visibly dirty and smelly. Room was way smaller than they make it appear in the pictures.
