Just the floor need replacing apart from that good value for money

The beds were very uncomfortable, the room looked like it was still under renovation and not completely clean. It wasn’t the quietest place to stay either, I could hear everyone and everything outside the room.

The room was clean, though slightly smaller than expected, but it had a large TV with a great variety of channels. The property features a kitchen downstairs, which is ideal if you prefer not to eat takeout every night. There’s also a communal area where you can play games or socialise if that's your thing. The property is easy to find and conveniently located, which was a big plus. I was especially happy they allowed me to bring my cats, as that was very important to me.

The remote control in our room didn’t work, and despite asking for a replacement or batteries, I received no response. Communication with the property was non existent—no replies to messages via Booking.com, phone calls, or voicemails. The room was uncomfortably hot at times, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature. The kitchen stove didn’t work, though we discovered a second kitchen upstairs with a functional stove. The property is a bit run-down but serves its purpose for an affordable, no-frills stay.

The room was decent and space and clean and value for money. The location was good for getting into work and out. It was a last-minute booking and was worth it.

Reasonable price for apartment accommodation.

Didn't get confirmation from the owner with pin code for front door. Finally received via WhatsApp, 4hrs after check in time and 2hrs after sitting outside the house. Numerous dead calls to owner. 2 x 20min calls to booking.com. Several emails to owner asking them to contact me. Whilst waiting I spoke to other guests, all of whom had issues with the management company. Finally received Pin code. There's a trick opening the front door with PIN. Good luck. apartment entry also had Door PIN. There's another trick needed. You'll need more than luck. Discovered that i had only rented a tiny room, little big enough for a double bed. toilet/shower was the size of a wardrobe. It was nasty. Advertised as studio apartment. Property is called studios. Company is called SN1 Apartments. Door entry pdf info refers to Apartment Access. Receipt for payment says apartment. Complained to B.com who refused to offer any type of refund, even though it's in the terms and conditions to give 50% back upon cancellation. Went back to property to take photos of the sqaulor the PIN code had been changed. Even had the cheek to take a credit card £100 deposit and it took several emails and messages to get this money back after a month. They didn't respond to any email, text, WhatsApp message or voicemail. Basically, B.com are happy to facilitate SN1 Apartments lies, deceit, fraud and theft.

I booked via booking.com , got to the property , called several times no response . Then, I finally reach a guy that told me there are sorry , they are fully booked. Promised me a full refund however, its been weeks now nothing has been done. These people are fraud, please avoid like a plague. Thankfully i was lucky to get a holiday inn , I would have been stranded.
