We booked an apartment as we had a dog with us and it would be convenient to make our own meals. But when we arrived at the apartment there was a strange smell when we opened the door. The room definitely did not match the pictures, decor was the same but it was in definite need of refurbishment. In the bedroom there was a spot on the ceiling where it had been re plastered and not painted over and marks all over the apartment and just looked a mess and unlike the pictures. In the kitchen it had some good facilities but the kettle was very dirty and full of limescale so had to be scrubbed before use. There were other areas in the apartment that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and there was some thick dust in places. In the description of the apartment it said that the rooms were sound proofed, this definitely wasn’t the case as you could hear lots of noise of people coming and going and movement in the above rooms during the night. We had booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 due to the state of the apartment.

Keyless door lock are very convenient. Location in town city

Experienced issue with TV reception which was not working at all. There is not area set to properly sit down when having a meal or working on a laptop.

Great location, just a few minutes' walk to lots of restaurants and pubs. Beds with nice hotel quality linen.
