Wi-fi stopped working

The property was clean but only clean towels once a week. Shower was good

The fact the property was raided by police on the second night. Looking for drugs and knives The fact that at least one of the long time residents was clearly on house arrest as was wearing a tag. They did move my grandaughter and her boyfriend to another property once they were made aware and I thank them for that but it’s not acceptable and should not have happened,we should been aware of what the ground floor was being used for when we booked it. The ground floor residents were very noisy well into the night. This will lose you business as it interfered with sleep Because of what happened they were frighted too sleep on the third night then spent the next day waiting to move premises. So had to pack up and unpack wasting a day of the stay. The second property was better but the front door security lock didn’t exist so was open to anyone getting in the property. Kitchen bins were overflowing.

It was easy to find and easy to access

The TV was abit dodgy took me 2hrs to connect Also the WiFi is not very good or phone signal Also the pictures look nothing like the real thing

The studio was very spacious and the instruments provided to access the property was very thorough.

Parking at the front of the property would’ve been more convenient. Maybe a change of blinds in the room?

Shower room and kitchenette good Free parking

I had asked for the room to be made up as a twin as it was for me & my adult son, but it was made up as double. As it happened my son was unable to stay so I didn't need to get it changed. Very noisy, close to road couldn't open the window for noise or security reasons. No net curtains so people walking by can look into room. Other residents very noisy and people in road very noisy during night. Felt vulnerable. Large hole/crack in ceiling of room. Another couple waiting a very long time (2 hours) to get access codes to get into property

Terrible stench in hallway, was meant to be for myself and my son, when we arrived there was only 1 bed so I had to sleep on the couch, couldn't get into the rear car park in a van, would be ideal for grafters but, that's about it
