Holes in walls, damp on ceiling, no hot water, broken blinds, no wifi, minimal communication from staff.

landlord hasn’t responded to any concerns re. an incident with an upstairs tenant involving armed police - broke entry into the apartment before our arrival and we were unable to enter until 1am. have emailed and messaged several times - door was not secure following the break in, strong smells around the property, would not return

Pool/ping pong table was a nice addition and added entertainment. Beds were comfortable and kitchen area sufficient.

Cleanliness - blood on the downstairs toilet, leftover food/bread from previous guests that had gone mouldy in the draw and the fridge smelt awful. No hot water - host told us this was because one of the water tanks was out of order and to leave it an hour. However the following morning this was still only luke warm meaning we couldn’t bath or shower during our stay.
