The Cypress Flats

So many things in the kitchen, loved washer & dryer in room, sleep noise maker was smart there by downtown. Liked the security there. The bed slats came out one day (not from any wildness!) but my daughter & I put them back - they just need to be screwed into the frame.

Loud & busy on Halloween night, but to be expected there downtown.

The place was cute and near lots of restaurants and bars! We were able to walk most places.

The apartment was mostly clean, but not cleaned with detail. For example, there was hair in the tub, and the toilet seat had hair on it as well. However, our host apologized and assured me that they had reached out to the housekeeper to make sure that it didn’t happen again, so I appreciated that.

The beds were amazing The bathroom were great with plenty of hot water

Great location. It is right across from the police station, so I felt very safe, even alone. They have a well-stocked kitchen with most anything you could need for preparing a meal. Exceptional property and a really reasonable price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will stay here again if in the Lafayette area.

All the appliances worked! The kitchen and bathroom exhausts do a good job clearing the air when needed. We appreciate the extensive lighting as opposed to most hotel rooms. The many lamps allowed us to tone it down when needed. We find ourselves on the comfy firm couch longer than expected. The 1-bdrm came with a handy portable fan, stepstool, and good knives. Generous counter space, shelving and table tops make the space very usable.
