That is couldn’t stay longer!!

My stay was continuation from the previous nights! Checkout was easy and simple. The property was also patient with helping me get my reservation.

Acdiana Rental Properties just needs a local property manager.

EVERY SINGLE THING! From the ease of getting access to the building to all of the help I received accommodating my stay. The tray was reasonably priced for what you received. Everything was CLEAN and ORGANIZED! The kitchen had all of the amenities of a real home kitchen. It was located in the middle of downtown Lafayette, so many things were walking distance or easy to get to. Because the space doesn’t appear to look like a residence, it makes the perfect place to be out of the way but still in the mix of the culture of the city. My experience here had been every bit of amazing! I hope to be able to stay again, when visiting! AcadianaRentalProperties has many properties and I visited several others while checking out the area. They have some spectacular properties listed and hopefully they expand to more!

I liked everything, however the property manager for Acadiana Rentals is all the way in the Netherlands, which I know that’s where booking.com is. I think they would benefit from a local property manager so that they could see what’s going on at a local level. They would be able to have eyes and ears where they are not, to better facilitate their business but as well as assisting their customers.

The location was wonderful as was the kitchen and the game room!

We would have loved a slightly bigger and more comfortable couch. Really, other than that everything was perfect but that little couch just wasn't amazing for relaxing on after a long day.

Room was clean and spacias. Gaming space was fun with old games.

Good location, downtown is within easy walking distance.

Paper thin walls! We could hear everyone moving/talking through the hallway, opening/closing the building entrance doors, etc. There were guests staying there that did not adhere to the quiet time policy, making sleep impossible from 11pm - 2am. The hinges on the bathroom door were incredibly squeaky and echoed throughout the flat whenever you opened/closed the door, waking us in the middle of the night whenever someone went to the bathroom. For whatever reason my communication emails didn’t come in until 4:44pm and a 2nd at 7:16, hours after the 3pm check-in time. Due to this I did not know how to access my unit/key, and thus had to contact the property mgmt. Most of our interaction was with Theresa, who not only didn’t answer our initial calls, but also provided no troubleshooting assistance beyond redirecting us to the website the reservation was made through - which we had already checked thoroughly with no resolutions. Theresa was unhelpful, rude, and the experience soured the rest of our stay. When we finally got a hold of someone, Jeremy if I remember correctly, was more helpful, empathetic and professional. He asked several questions to help uncover what the real problem was, was receptive to the information he was given to better understand the problem versus immediately redirecting us as his counterpart had and was judicious in getting the information re-sent so we could finally complete the check-in process. We were extremely grateful for his assistance. After successful completion of check-in, Theresa texted my brother (who had been helping me make contact since no one was answering my calls), proceeded to claim that our reservation was being cancelled on their end and someone would come to meet us at the unit. This never happened. The rest of our stay was fine other than the noise complaints already mentioned and Theresa’s off-putting lack of professionalism.

We love this spot for EVERY time we are in Lafayette. The location is excellent, easy check in, good parking. We feel at home and safe. Second stay and more to come!

The furniture is too small for lounging or for men and people who'd like to watch a movie together . This is a rather odd trend. The linens in our unit smelled of pets and pet urine. We suggest replacement. We had to wash the sheets upon arrival. But we truly loved the stay.
