"very clean good value hotel"

this hotel is very good value for money the rooms are good for Laos.the breakfast is very good just a short walk from the hotel

the swimming pool was not in use and the staff speak very little english this not a problem for us as we had a thai speaker with us and i can speak a little bit of lao

Nice big space in a quiet area.

A bit far away from main centre, but wouldn't be a problem if you can drive a motorbike. Also, missing a headboard! Bathroom is a little small in comparison so the floor might flood a little during showers.

Good location and close to the bus station - important for us - and a night market for food. The room was large, spacious and quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

Breakfast is served in a nearby café (linked to a sister hotel) but only a five minute walk away. Breakfast was simple with few options but adequate

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast at Avalon 1 coffee shop a short walk around the corner. Location was great. Easy to get to restaurants, French bakery. Short tuktuk ride to Mekong shores. Very beautiful at sunset.

Needed help to get the hot water shower to work. TV was not operating hotel-wide all the time we were there. Maybe problem was wider than just the hotel?
