Unfriendly.

The hotel was better then expected. We were staying on the top floor. There is an elevator to get there. The room was nice and clean, with air-conditioning and room service everyday. Some of the staff speaks English. You can use Google translate with the others. Breakfast is served in coffee@avalon, 300 m from the hotel. There are several breakfast choices. We also ate there for supper and the food was good. The town center is 30 minutes walk. It's nice with old colonial buildings and street art. The area around Savannakhet is really worth visiting. I recommend doing a tour with marvelaos for that.

Bring earplugs. Some dogs are barking at night. And on some nights, there are young people blasting music until 10-11 pm. Late at night, when their owners are asleep, some dogs near the hotel can be aggressive. During the day, they were fine. The pool looked clean, but it is on the parking lot and did not feel private enough. A fence around it would have been nice. Apart from that we would stay there again

Close to the bus station. The staff was very helpful and the girl at the reception during the day speaks English.

The hotel is from the city centre.

Staff is not really helpful, and not speaking English at all. Electricity wasn’t working in the room at first.

The property was in a quiet area but a good location because there were nice food spots nearby. The location has a pool downstairs and the staff was kind and check in was no issue. Beds were comfy and the shower worked well.

At least, receptionists should be able to communicate with english because they focus in foreigners. Staffs are not friendly enough.
