The Arjana Resort

Santorini-inspired design of the property is properly done and refreshing. Friendly staff. Great location. Beautiful landscaping. Reasonable breakfast.

Late check-in process was made difficult because the reception was not open 24 hours. Security could have been made better if the security booth was occupied 24 hours. Problematic wi-fi throughout my stay. Muslim prayer room was not opened. Grass carpet was very soggy after the rain. Improvement on these issues should make this property truly awesome for my next visit. I sincerely wish them all the best.

The buildings

The room has seen better days, and for the price I pay, I expect it should be updated and much cleaner. TV is also not functioning, with weak internet. Reception said breakfast starts at 8 am, but we have to wait 20 minutes for the setup. Served at 8.20 am

i didn't take any breakfast from resort as there is many stall selling breakfast along the road.

The room we got was still hot even after turning on the air conditioning at the lowest temperature. We also get a room with a non-functioning television. We already called the staff to check, but still cannot resolve the issue. We reported to the reception but no action was taken. They just offer a discount on the next visit. At least refund me back some of my money. I paid for everything in the room but i didn't get everything in it.

The place looks good.

Staff were not trained enough to welcome guests. We were not shown the way to our room. It was hide and seek. The facility in the room was insufficient, only 2 cups, 2 sticks of coffee and tea provided for a room for 5 guests. The fridge was not properly cleaned and it was off when we checked in. The bathroom has stains in the toilet bowl and walls. The drawers of the vanities were dirty. It was raining in the morning and we had to carry umbrellas to get our breakfast and no place to sit down and eat. The staff suggested we bring the food to our room. The food was acceptable although a little limited but the tea and coffee were bland.

This resort is mainly attractive because of its exterior. It’s great for photos with a Santorini-style background, but beyond that, there isn’t much else that stands out.

Not worth the price. Even basic in-room phone service is unavailable, staff support is lacking, no internet connection, and the facilities are poor. Overall, very disappointing.

Situated on the main road so the room we had got a lot of traffic noise. Cheap furnishings in the room, needs maintenance (knobs on the cabinets about to fall off). Insufficient clothing hangers . No plug where the kettle was situated. Nothing in walking distance.
