The Arjana Resort

Exterior is pretty, that's all I can say.

My stay at The Arjana Resort was far below expectations. There were no towels in the room upon check-in, and despite multiple calls and messages, no one responded. Later that evening I discovered a faulty sliding door lock. Although the resort advertises assistance until 9:00pm and 24-hour emergency support, no staff were available. I eventually sought help from the security guard, who contacted maintenance to fix the lock — but if someone had responded earlier, I would have requested a different room for safety and peace of mind. My repeated towel requests were also ignored, and I only received them after 11:00am the next day — but only after going to the reception myself. The room condition is in need of refurbishment. The lack of communication, essential amenities, and timely support made this stay deeply frustrating. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues for future guests.
