"Didn't expect much, but the resort DELIVERED"

We booked the family room and really loved the whole Santorini vibes of the hotel. Among all the local chalets, this resort truly stands out – right from the blue entrance gate to the beautiful architecture. The pool was a pleasant surprise, and the kids had an amazing time, especially with the fountain water feature. The kids’ pool was definitely a highlight for them. Our room was spacious, with a nice living room that opened directly to the pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Facilities were well thought out – clean towels, fridge, and a complete toilet amenities set. I have to give a special mention to the shampoo and soap set which smelled so good. Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I actually liked a hotel amenities set enough to consider taking it home!

If I could suggest improvements, the first would be to have teh or coffee available by glass or jug for order in the morning – that would make the experience even more perfect. The second would be to build a sheltered walkway for pickup/drop-off. When we checked out, it was raining heavily and we had to juggle the kids, umbrellas, and our luggage to the car. A covered walkway would make a huge difference in easing this process for families.

"Nice ambience"

Love the surroundings and the beautiful buildings. So mesmerizing. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, cozy and clean. The mattress and pillows were so comfy. Movie (wayang pacak) and breakfast by the pool. The resort is just a few km from pengkalan balak beach. Ball bearing cafe is just across the road (beach front cafe). So convenient.

The room is clean and spacious. The environment is so cool and perfect for photo. The bathroom is an exceptional - spacious and very nice interior design.

Maybe Arjana management could consider to have one or two hotel staff staying inside the resort area for the safety of the guest just in case there is an emergency through out the night especially when only one room occupied.
