Staff were very friendly and the facilities are good. The lake and Hell's gate are really beautiful.

The hotel is on a main road but not close to anywhere you might like to go. Uber services are somewhat limited here. The hotel's music selection is pretty random, we had to sit through an entire day of American country music, another day with just one local artist from 20 years ago, and then a day with David Attenborough documentaries. That wouldn't matter as much if the sound was less loud.

Wonderful experience with the staff!. They were very flexible and knowledgeable and endearing. I would stay here again specifically because the workers were always open, good listeners, and accommodating. The rooms are very nice and spacious and modern. The food is excellent! The pool area is lovely, and I was really happy with the gym. So nice to get a workout after a long flight and car rides. We hosted our local friends to stay at the hotel with us for a couple of nights and we all had a very good time.

Non- feather pillows would be wonderful. Feather pillows deflate to the point you almost have no pillow at all. Maybe providing a mix of different types for different sleepers would be good.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. I also really enjoyed the food—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. It made the stay feel warm and welcoming.

The room was clean and well-maintained, but it would have been even better if the towels were replaced daily without needing to ask.
