Beautiful hotel very clean

Restaurants menu, way to large chef not able to make all dishes on offer too much salt in food pasta not cooked Very disappointed as it is a beautiful hotel .

clean, food was good and healthy, friendly staff, good swimming pool, well manicured lawns, ample parking, safety measures, good working showers, easy check in and check out, quick and responsive online. the pictures are similar to the hotel.

Rooms were too close to the kitchen and the noise can be disruptive in the morning. During our stay there was some repair going on and the hammering started at 8 am which was be too early for guests who are sleeping.

The staff

Multiple issues with the room. No air con dispite the advert stating it does. We had a fan in the room. The key card was intermittent when working, Only thr main light worked, none.of the other switches worked. The shower came away from the wall and hit me on the back of the head. It was secured to the wall correctly. The shower fan had no cover. The toilet shower thing didnt work, it put out 2 low pressure streams that was pointless. The windows didnt lock and could be opened enough for someone to get it from out side. I also asked the manager to give me a call. As you could probably guess they didn't. If you want a comfy bed with a decent breakfast than this is the place but if you're looking for a 5 star hotel for a special occasion then I would look else where. The day to day staff are good. Management wise, I dont know but they haven't called me back so.

Rooms were spacious and clean

Shower didn’t have any pressure so it was difficult to take bath.

I loved this hotel. So beautiful, very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

They could really improve on food, it was very bland.

Buffet, bar, covered patio dining, green spaces, workout room, very attentive staff. The french fries were excellent!

Ala carte ordering is available but requires considerable preparation time and quality varies. Perhaps a small selection of "short order" ala carte items like scrambled eggs and toast or potatoes could be highlighted for a quick, light meal.
