Beautiful hotel Large room, perfectly clean Great pool and equipment Friendly and helpful staff

Slow service at the restaurant. Best to go for the buffet, when available Very poor soundproofing of the door of the rooms : gap of nearly 1cm at the bottom, you can hear everything in the corridor

The cleaness was amazing 👏 . The breakfast buffet perfect 👌

How could they put a mirror at the bedside? How dare can the receptionist accuse us of a missing face towels worth 200 kenyan shillings when we've spent over 15k kenyan shillings for a night, they must be very crazy .

I didn't like how the receptionist spoke to us about some missing face towel of which we even don't know if at all it was in the room.they are out of their minds.
