The location was great for all local amenities & the room was huge. Linen & towels smelt & looked very fresh. Appeared very clean & tidy.

The hotel is very tired & in need of an update in all aspects. The ensuite was very tiny in comparison to the room & only one double socket in the corner of the room, that said for the price difference compared to other nearby hotels, it was a good stay for what we needed & most importantly it was clean & tidy.

Location. Later Check out than a usual hotel, 11:30am to 12pm. Comfy beds. Clean and tidy. Iron. Friendly staff from the start to finish

Beds really comfy room really big had a family room ideal for our 1 night stay close enough to the city great that our room was ready at 12.00 so we could check in early and go off to explore the city before meeting friends at 4pm

The outside could do with a lick of paint and the rooms could do with double glazing. Also I think if I owned tge property I would spend a bit of money to upgrade the bathroom i.e move the wardrobe along a bit and put a proper bathroom in.

Had a lovely stay overnight. Ali was very welcoming.

There was nothing we could say was bad about it. Obviously its an old hotel but for the price per night you can't complain.

Friendly welcome, great location for station, bed and pillows very comfortable and room great value for money

Bar wasn’t open and not sure if it is ever in use
