Friendly greeting on arrival

Bathrooms not great. Someone had left their 'Prime' account logged in on the room TV, with REALLY inappropriate content for kids left open. We were unlucky with our 'neighbours' in the room above - very noisy comings and goings in the middle of the night and then very noisy again in the early morning. Sound travels far in this hotel.

Bit noisy, close to road but it wasn't really a problem. Bed was squeaky!
