Bursting with character. Lovely wooden floors and carpeted bedrooms. Artwork everywhere. Hot water great. Friendly and helpful hosts. Donald was a delight! Really helped with everything. Pretty garden. Quiet village. Comfortable beds. Easy to deal with ahead of the stay.

Damp walls downstairs in the kitchen meaning that things left in the kitchenette storage area felt damp. Kitchenette was not really suitable for proper self-catering, unless making beans on toast or similar. No curtains in one of the loft rooms meaning the July late sun kept one of the kids awake - but I believe this will be sorted eventually.

A beautiful quiet village location. Owners are lovely, so friendly and welcoming us on arrival. The garden is excellent and has the added charm of a fabulous summer house, perfect for a cuppa and board game. The old charm of the house is hard not to like. Dog friendly and excellent spot for exploring the area.

The kitchen facilities are minimal for anyone staying longer than a night. Fine for us as we ate out for dinner and breakfast.

Property had original features that were centuries old yet it still was warm and charming with modern facilities. Owners were so friendly and welcoming and offering in their service. Guess can sleep up to 6.

Nothing…. It was just perfect for us

Wonderfully quirky, with comfy beds. Lovely location.

Beware of low ceilings and random steps. Basic kitchenette, but perfectly adequate.
