The staff was lovely they let us check in early and free upgrade .

No hot water, the place was not.clean, their was no bar and it stated it was 5 stars but it was definitely not 5.stars and do feel bad writing this

"Overall great place to stay for the price. Aircon on which in this weather was amazing. Staff great would stay again."

Fab location, such amazing and friendly staff couldnโ€™t do enough for you. Was upgraded for free which was a nice bonus.

Bedding had stains and carpets looked liked theyโ€™d not been cleaned in weeks. Only negative I can say is could do with a decent tidy.

Ease of check in,Very polite receptionist who upgraded me for free. And in middle of a heatwave Ac was on,so lovely cool room awaited me. Brilliant.
