The receptionist was awesome and really understood what was required by the guest. He guided us to nearby restaurants which was awesome and helped us out with our luggage. Made our experience really good and stress free. Hope to meet him again sometime

A nice welcome & a very quiet room (that I had asked for) Walking distance to both Liverpoolโ€™s railway stations, the city centre and the Beatles museums.

Very nice breakfast but only served Friday - Sunday.
