Room interiors are very up-to-date and modern. If you have heavy bags, you’ll have to climb exterior steps …. no elevator !

Very spacious and clean room. Very quiet at night. Bed was very comfortable.

It was a nice hotel. More like a motel as the room doors open to the outside. Looks nicely remodeled and bed was comfortable. The carpet had a few stains but it was clean. For Alaska it’s a very comfortable hotel and way cleaner than even high dollar ones. I will say my hubby uses a ramp or elevator, although we were in second floor, there was no handicap ramp or rails in the roo we stayed in. The stair case has very low step height, so not too bad for him to make it up the stairs. It is split level, so even the first floor had about 4-5 steps down. The bathroom was very clean and shower only- so that is a plus. Would stay here again, but maybe if guaranteed a first or second floor room. I’m not sure he could do the third floor. Safe area in Eagle River and parking was adequate.

Central location. Easy to find and very clean and comfortable. Pretty expensive for what you get but Alaska is expensive generally anyway😅

Nothing. Good comfortable stay for a nights sleep on the way through.

Good location. New structure and new throughout. Comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with great walk-in shower. Would recommend highly but there is no elevator although two flights of stairs. Might not work for a person who has a difficult time walking and/or going up a bunch of stairs.

July everything is expensive in Alaska. They took an additional $200 for any potential damages. It was eventually returned after we emailed them about it. The nightly rate for a couple was $400.
