Very center located and spacious

After a long journey, we faced a series of frustrating inconveniences from the moment we arrived. Entering the main door required a simultaneous push-and-code technique that took time to master. Worse, the electronic room lock failed, we were told it was off line when we arrived and instead of delivering a replacement key, the understaffed front desk(via whatsup) made us walk to another hotel to get new one. Just as we returned, we were told a key had finally been delivered to our door—forcing us to walk back again to return the spare. This exhausting process wasted nearly two hours of our time. Anyway to lock/open our room door is very tricky. The room was spacious but felt kind poorly thought out. Converting the sofa bed took over 20 minutes due to a lack of instructions. The room was missing basic supplies for the kitchen and bathroom, no oil, salt, napkins and the coffee machine was provided but without coffee capsules or tea bags. Toiletries were also extremely limited, and there was no toilet paper holder—the roll was simply placed on a nearby table. Exhausted from the travel and the unnecessary back-and-forth, we didn’t have the energy to chase down missing essentials. For the price and 4 stay rating, we expected a much smoother and better-equipped stay. Anyway, the most telling detail might be the logo itself, which promises you’ll "Feel Like Home."

Konum muhteşem. Özellikle Christmas Market döneminde gidecekseniz market hemen kapınızın önünde kuruluyor. Birçok nokta yürüme mesafesinde. Ev ise son derece konforlu ve eksiksizdi. Aradığımız, ihtiyacımız olan herşey mevcuttu.
