No tv in bedroom, so beware if you like watching from bed. But large one in living room

Nice and bright. Very comfortable and well maintained. It had everything we needed.
The pullout couch instructions are correct but need to emphasize that someone should hold the back of the couch when someone else pulls very strongly on the pullout. Some moose can be heard from the upstairs apartment
