The staff were exceptionally nice. The hotel is new and my room was well appointment and had a wonderful view. Walking distance to the castle and right next to the promenade along the stream. Attached restaurant serves great food.

The fireplace wasn't lit because I was the only person staying. Hot water was not very hot. With better occupancy, it'll be livelier and more pleasant to stay.
