Property owner or landlord did not have the basic courtesy to answer their phone or reply to messages I sent.

Confined tiny bathroom space and sink. Also, radiator came on at about 1 am and did not have a knob for me to regulate or turn off. Who in yhe UK puts on the heating in the middle of August?

Room was covered in ants, I even had them crawling over my pillow! They were in the front room and kitchen area. The manager came to seal up the skirting boards however there was just so many! I left early due to this, and wasn’t allowed a refund even for one of the nights.

The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.Location was excellent for the venue we were attending (Circus Tavern )

Not being able to get in the front door as the key didn't work but thankfully James was on site to let us in and gave us a new set of keys that worked but it could have been scary coming back in the dark and not being able to get in the door so I am so glad I checked the keys before hand Also the shared kitchen had a cupboard which wouldn't close because of the pendant light bulb hanging down in the way so that needs to be fixed ,Also no tea,coffee or milk in our room but the kettle ,cup and saucer were there and what looked like a place to put tea coffee and a fridge for milk ,As this was advertised as luxury ensuite It should have included Tea coffee milk and toiletries for the shower Also bathrobes and slippers
