The property interior was clean.

The property we stayed in was a small house, but there were THREE long-term tenants (all men) living in the three bedrooms upstairs and sharing all the facilities - the kitchen and the living room - with us. It had been misrepresented on Booking.com as an apartment with a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room for our exclusive use. This was untrue as the THREE men who were long-term tenants kept on appearing and using the kitchen and the living room. The house was in the middle of a council estate. The entire area felt very unsafe and we were extremely worried about leaving our car (full of our luggage and suitcases) parked in the street outside overnight. The owner called us and told us we could park our car in "the compound" by which he meant the area around the house, which was surrounded by fencing. The property was also very difficult to find, even using a satnav. If we had known the TRUTH, that this property was SHARED with THREE permanent tenants (all men) who were living in the three bedrooms upstairs and sharing the kitchen and the living room with us, we would NEVER have booked to stay here. This property was a complete disappointment, the area felt incredibly unsafe and the advertising for it on Booking.com was false advertising. We had a terrible experience staying here.

e property is warm, cozy, and beautifully designed with stunning aesthetics that create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It’s well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the host was thoughtful in providing clear instructions.

Unfortunately, the Ghanaian tenant upstairs was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing assistance when I struggled to locate the lockbox in the dark. This uninviting behavior was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience.

Very clean and well organized. Very good value for money. Linen is good quality, lighting is very good with alternatives, and electric sockets easily accessible to charge devices. Kitchen appliances are adequate and lounge area is okay. Should be given 5 stars for facilities. Location is on a quiet street. Only suggestion I could make is to offer parking in the driveway for 2 guests after checking in because street is quite narrow which means parking on the kerb is the only option. There is sufficient space for this. I highly recommend this location. Overall I rate it very good.
