The room was clean ,bathrooms was bit small but clean and provided with clean towels

The time is not flexible, ( it means you can check in only in between the time your room is received) , you can not check in a single minute early, or check out late , this is not very convenient if you have any plans to leave your luggage and travel to visit the city or any business matter!

Really lovely room with en-suite and very comfortable bed and absolutely spotlessly clean. Easy access to facilities (kitchen) and lovely lounge. Quiet location

Super clean, luxury Ensuite bedroom, with use of shared facilities within a shared house . Easy to find , with great instructions to check in .

Breakfast was not included in the booking overall it was a very nice and clean property my wifey like the kitchen too much

The room is clean and comfortable. It is quite new and feels like it was just been refurbished. I will definitely book it again if come around this area.

The room was clean looking with small ensuite and the bed was comfortable

there were (3) fridge freezers and cupboards of food. But didn't know if could use any of it. So didn't have an evening meal or breakfast before we left. As to entering the premises. it took many attempts so to get the key safe open.There was a driveway. but. the refuge bins were in front of the gates so not able to put car off road as being a narrow road. So had to park mostly on kirb so not to have it damaged by passing vehicles or persons. On the Sunday of leaving after not being able to have breakfast. It took me over (30) minute's again to try and open the key safe with code. without any success. So had to leave in another secure place , then texting the location to the hirer.

Room furnished to a high standard (as was the rest of the ground floor in the house), clean & tidy, booking was good value-for-money, homeowner provided clear instructions for checking in and had no problems with me being unable to provide an arrival time, location (easily reached/short distance from the M25).

Entrance to driveway is narrow (due to brick wall & gatepost) so potentially difficult to reverse into (especially if no parking sensors), and the gates were blocked by 2 bins so I had to get out of my car to move these on 2 days.
