"It was an enjoyable stay, albeit short, as we were attending a family funeral."

Property was self catering. The property was perfectly situated for our needs. It was clean, homely and very comfortable, would highly recommend!

It could have done with a bath mat in the shower and a grip rail, as if you are older (as we are) it was quite slippery,

Excellent location to King's Lynn shops and restaurants, easy to visit surrounding areas. Plus a bonus having your own car parking space.

Lighting could be a little brighter in lounge, but that is personal choice.

Lovely downstairs interior well finished to a high standard.had a good vibe to it -felt comfortable and safe there. Both bedrooms were clean, unfussy and tidy and so we slept well. Bathroom and kitchen area were well equipped. Allocated parking right next to cottage.

The shower pressure could be improved.

"Had a great stay, really well appointed, and nicely finished, exceptional location"

Location excellent for central Kings Lynn with sights and amenities literally on the doorstep, bathroom night time automatic low lighting, well equipped, comfortable lounge and kitchen breakfast bar.

Double beds could be kings (we are not large), minor faux pas with cutlery.

"A perfect little pad in the centre to everything with parking. We loved it"

The place is spotless. I love the attention to detail in the property and the theme throughout. It's a small property which has been so well planned out you feel like you have lots of room. The beds are so comfortable and everything feels just perfect.

It can be quite noisy in the alley way at night, as we had the upstairs windows open as it was warm we could hear everything and the seagulls!
