"Excellent caravan , so close to the facilities."

Caravan was really nice , table was set and looked nice and cosy

Small issue , no frying pan - however a griddle pan that made breakfast cooking workable

"Fantastic caravan. Lovely owners. Don’t worry about older negative reviews - this place was fab! (Please excuse the phot"

Don’t believe all the negative reviews! This place was fab, and everything you could need for a lovely trip. I’m not saying the others are lying, but I’m saying the owners have clearly taken positive strides to fix the issues people have raised. The caravan was beautifully set up when we arrived. The owners were kind enough to let us get in early to set up for my daughter’s birthday party, so it was nice to get it all done before she arrived at check in time. On arrival, there was tea and coffee waiting for us, with pain au chocolates. The caravan was spotless. The beds were super comfy, and we had almost all the amenities we could want! I’ll explain what was missing in a bit. We were super close to the centre, which was great for being there with 4 Eleven year olds. We could see it from the caravan, and it was easy to get back and forth. It was Easter weekend, so the place was understandably busy. But it didn’t matter. We managed to get into the shows and the bingo without any bother (if you choose to do this, you buy the passes from the reception office - they aren’t included - but I felt this was fair given the price). We didn’t get booking into swimming as they were full, but they did say they had 22 walk in slots. However we decided just to go 5 minutes down the road to Waves instead. Back to the caravan. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, including everything could need. We had tea and coffee, sugar, cloths and tea towels, washing up liquid. Though I was say these might have been left by previous guests, so may not be guaranteed to be there. But the shop is a stones throw - so anything you need is available. Someone complained about the noise when being close - could you hear people walking past late at night, yeah, a bit. Did it matter? Not I’m my opinion. I can understand that there could be rowdy people on occasion anywhere - but you could get that in a 5* hotel. So calm down Karen it’s fine.

No teaspoons 🤣 and there wasn’t any bin bags - so best to take your own. Again, you might want to take a firestick if you want more from your tv. That is literally the only negatives I could give.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. When we arrived, the door was already open and the key wasn’t even in the lockbox, which made the whole situation feel really unsafe and unprofessional from the start. On top of that, there were no towels provided and no toilet roll, which is the bare minimum you’d expect from any place offering accommodation. It made the stay really uncomfortable and felt very poorly prepared for guests. Communication with the owner was also very poor. Messages were slow or not answered properly, which made it frustrating when we needed help. Overall, the experience felt unorganised, poorly managed, and disappointing. Definitely not worth it.

Location good

Should have been informed in advance that all the facilities were closed, owner didn’t even apologise when we complained. Given that we were travelling with children I wouldn’t have booked if we had known. Boiler broke down on the Saturday evening so nobody could shower Sunday.
