Good location but that’s it.

The noise was insane: if your room faces the street then know you’re not going to sleep. The room looked dirty. Very uncomfortable stay and would not recommend it

Comfortable bed. Air con worked well. Quiet location. Helpful staff.

Room very basic and tired - nothing like the photos. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms. Lift still not working. No hot water. I didn’t feel it was particularly good value for money.

Decent hotel in a good location with friendly staff and easy car parking. But could do better.

It's a lottery if you going to get hot water. Out of three times, only once was good enough for a decent shower. No idea how long ago someone commented that the elevator doesn't work - but it still doesn't. Why oh why is the internet so terrible it doesn't work in the room I had and I ended up having to sit upstairs at the top of the stairs where fortunately there are some comfy seats. It's 2023, there is no excuse for poor internet, even in Mexico. It's not the only hotel with bad wifi but for the standard it professes to have, it should work well.

The location is very close and convenient to everything you could possibly need

the location was good, only 15 minutes by walk to the beach and 7 minutes to fifth avenue. the junior suite was huge, we was only 2 persons but this room is for like 6 persons. cleaning and water everyday, the staff was very friendly.
