Pu Luong Paradise

La camera del lodge è ampia con comodissimo materasso e cuscini, zanzariera sul letto, il bagno è esterno alla camera con doccia e WC separati. Ottima colazione inclusa e hanno accomodato le nostre esigenze per opzioni vegane. Il lodge essendo immerso nella natura all'interno della camera non vi erano insetti o ragni.

There wasn’t enough water pressure, because of it it took ages to fill the bath tub. Also, the boiler is pretty small so the water became cold quickly. Next to this, there are very limited veggie options on the menu. And, since the walls are so thin you hear everything. There is a road on the back of the resort where a lot of construction traffic was going on, even early in the morning. Lastly, we stayed at the resort during some sort of family gathering. It felt like we were the only one not included in this very loud and big group. It felt very invading and ruined the peaceful experience we could’ve had

Petit déjeuné simple mais bon. L'emplacement de cet Hôtel est parfait et le décor dans la verdure remarquable. Personnel agréable et serviable. Chambres spacieuses et très confortables.

Le personnel, au demeurant efficace et agréable, ne parle que le vietnamien. Cartes des sites et promenades du coint absentes de la réception.

Nous sommes partis en famille, et nous avions tous des chambres différentes, spacieuses, très joliment décorées, très confortables. Les bungalows placés dans la jungle, c’était vraiment beau!! Le petit déjeuner complet, il y avait tout ce qu’on aime. Je dois dire que nous avons dîné les 2 soirs et le repas était vraiment délicieux ! Le personnel très gentil, souriant et serviable. Un petit paradis!

Comme nous étions à flanc de montagne, il y avait pas mal de marches taillées dans la pierre à gravir. Comme j’ai mal aux genoux, c’était un peu difficile.

Toute l équipe est accueillante et souriante. Un très bon sens du service. Une mention particulière à la cuisine. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec un plus large choix de jus de fruits frais.

Parking is scooters only and across the street. It worked for motorcycles, but wasn't the most protected/secure.

L’établissement est magnifique, très bien organisé. La végétation aux alentours est magnifique. Nous étions un groupe de 10 et chaque chambre avait une originalité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec climatisation au besoin. Plusieurs piscines sont disponibles. Le personnel était très aidant et a l’écoute. La nourriture servie au restaurant était excellente, le chef très doué. Plusieurs promenades dans les rizières sont possibles au départ de l’hôtel. Nous recommandons !

Alloggio unico e pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile. Paesaggio mozzafiato. Ristorante ottimo.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das Restaurant konnte die Gerichte vegetarisch machen. Ruhige Lage, das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, das Bad und der eigene kleine Teich ein Traum.

Wenn es draussen feucht ist (was oft so ist hier), dann ist das gesamte Zimmer auch feucht (Bett, Gepäck, Tücher, Kleidung...). Wir hatten einen komischen Geruch in unserem Zimmer (Duvet und Ecke beim Mülleimer). Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war schwierig, niemand kann wirklich Englisch. Es gibt kein Ausflugs- oder Aktivitätenangebot vom Resort her. Die Informationen bezüglich Zimmerreinigung, Morgenessen etc muss man sich selber holen. Ein Info-Blatt auf Englisch in jedem Zimmer oder bei der Ankunft wäre eine einfache Lösung dafür. Etwas weiter unten an der Strasse wohnt Tom, der spricht sehr gut Englisch und kann Touren sowie Transporte vermitteln, man findet ihn auch über Google Maps.
