They got the place to sleep after busy days. 🥴

I booked this 2 nights stay for my nephew graduation's day but my Mum, sisters and their spouces decided not to stay on the 2nd night. So only my nephew and nieces (4 of them) stayed to comsumed what I paid for 🥴 The downfalls: Reluctant to use water in dispenser as the bottle was half filled not sure if it's new or not quite sure if it's good to use, would be nice to put date for safety reason. Electric kettle was broken/ not accessible to electric sucket, no extension cable. Cooker no gas to use. Linens only 3 sets were provided. No bunk bed as shown in ad. They wanted to call info station to get it sorted but they were all exhausted and decided just to dealt what were available to use. 🥴

Poolarea was nice. Peace and quiet in the area.

Nothing

The host was highly unresponsive and doesn’t respond to texts. The host has a bad attitude and not accommodating. The host did not give us the password to the wifi on the day of check in and only gave it the day after. The host said that the unit can accommodate 6 people but it doesn’t, the extra beds were so thin and uncomfortable. The host didn’t even bother giving us bed sheets for the extra beds. They were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the shower heads were broken.

I like the area. It’s close to everything

The personel. They’re only interested your money 😟😭 once you checked in, they don’t bother / care anymore even though you tried to call, sms or pm them, they don’t bother to answer or pick up the phone. The worst service we’ve experienced. We stayed at valencia building 711. The induction was not working ang the microwave and cockroach were flying around soooooo never again with Kelsey’s homestay.

Poor didn't end up staying because we booked then on arrival they said there's no availability

Location Room is spacious and nice

It may be one off thing when we came the door was accidentally locked we called the person in charge and told us to just turn the knob of the door maybe it will just open, but we told her it was locked then they came and yes it was locked.had to wait for a locksmith for an hour. It was sad and unfortunate but things happen and we only stayed for one night.
