Everything was excellent except the emergency bell triggers every hour. It is from the whole building not inside the condo unit. Scares us but all good

The location

The air conditioner in the master bedroom room did not work, the ceiling fan did not work, the standing floor fan was broken, the stove top did not work and the mirror in the bathroom was so stained that you could hardly see yourself while trying to shave. The water dispenser had no water and when we put water in it , it only dispensed very hot water. The pool closed every day at 5pm and closed all day on Monday’s.

The place is nice, clean and affordable. The owner is also nice and accommodating. I will recommend to friends the place.

I absolutely loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the property. My cousin and I especially enjoyed the large mirror in the living room, and we appreciated the multiple mirrors throughout the property. The bathroom was a highlight for me—spotless and stylish, it truly met my high standards. The bed in the second room was incredibly comfortable, and the dining table was perfect, with chairs that accommodated all of us comfortably.

The air conditioning in the living room wasn’t working during our stay, so we had to keep the bedroom doors open to cool down the living area. I hope this issue will be resolved soon. Despite this, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again for our next visit.

The location

Our stay was far from ideal due to several issues with the property. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in the living room was not working. The owner suggested opening the bedroom doors to allow cold air to flow into the living room, but this solution was inadequate. It remained uncomfortably hot, especially during the daytime, and compromised the privacy of the bedroom occupants as we had to keep the doors open. Despite our request, no electric fan was provided. Bed Condition: One of the beds had a very unstable footboard. It was moving out of place, making the bed almost fall to the side or break, posing a significant safety hazard. Cleanliness: The floor was sticky upon our arrival, and the kitchen utensils were not clean. Additionally, the fridge contained an unfinished cake, calamansi, chili peppers, and other condiments left by previous occupants. Balcony: The balcony was moldy and uninviting, making it unsuitable for use. False Advertisement: The listing originally stated that there was a washing machine available, but there was none when we arrived. I have a screenshot of the original listing, but this information has since been removed. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. We hope these matters can be addressed for future guests.

The two of the 3 apartments that I booked was good.

One of the 3 apartments that I booked was very bad, it was stink and not clean. Normally it should be in the other building , the swimming pool apart the distance between two buildings according to their email, but they changed last minute without giving me information. I complained to them 😞 the couple who own the apartments and asked compensation which they agreed. But when I contacted them after, I got no reply. I talked her once but seems she avoiding me and said she will call back which she never did. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. Not recommended place to stay.
