Apartamento amplio y muy limpio. La cocina totalmente equipada. Se encuentra a unos 15 min de la Royal Mile, por lo que tiene muy buenas conexiones. La última parada del bus del aeropuerto te deja a unos 8-10 min del apartamento.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue la zona en sí. Se encuentra en un callejón bastante oscuro y apartado. Aunque Edimburgo es una ciudad segura, por la noche entrar/salir del apartamento daba un poco de “respeto”. Aunque por mensaje te dicen los pasos para check in y check out, códigos etc. echamos en falta una recepción con una persona.

I was double booked by the Booking.com system.. I wanted date in Feb and the system double booked me for the same dates as my Broughton St trip. It was impossible to cancel. Ridiculous. I will seriously consider whether I'd bother again. You make direct contact deliberately impossible. Says a lot about the mindset of your real management. Enough. Money grabbing . . . .

l'emplacement centrale avec commerce restaurant et pub à proximité et avec arrêt de bus et de tram direct depuis l'aéroport. Nous avions l'appartement du 3èmes étages, très calme et pas de bruit. En arrivant ne pas faire attention aux poubelles qui peuvent choquer car une fois la porte de l'immeuble ouverte c'est très propre.

Rien si ce n'est le manque d'information concernant la marque des dosettes à café (Vertuo) de Nespresso car difficile à trouver.

Location was good.

One of THE WORST bookings I've ever made. My first night, the lock to the door stopped working and we could not get into the apartment. Mind you, it was 10PM, freezing cold and raining. We called the team for support and were told many methods to try and get in, including trying to find hidden lock boxes that did not exist on the property. We waited outside in the rain for over 1 hour until someone finally came to help. The person who came to help did not know what he was doing AT ALL. We waited another 1 hour outside while he fidgeted with the door. He finally gave up and told us he doesn't know what to do. He said that we will have to find a place to stay that night on our own and call again in the morning. We then walked into different hotels in the area trying to find a room for the night. The same guy then called us back and told us your team can provide us another room for the night in a hotel 5 minutes away. It was not 5 minutes away but a 25 minute walk. We stayed in a room that was worse than what we originally booked. And we were told that by 8 in the morning, their team would have fixed the door and provide a ride back to the apartment. I was told this because I had made it clear that I needed to work that morning at 8:30AM and all my things were locked inside the apartment. When we woke up, we went down to ask and we were told that they could not get in touch with their OWN TEAM. And once again, I would have to call to fix the issue. I called once again and had to explain the whole situation to a new person. Finally, I was told someone would be sent to inspect the door lock. When we arrived back at the apartment, a man was there trying to fix the door but failed. He let us know that he cannot open the door because of some sort of problem with your lock system. We could not get into the apartment and had no access to our things the whole day. Terrible customer service.
