La localización es muy buena, y es evidente que los dueños han decorado con gusto y quieren que los clientes estén cómodos, ofreciendo diferentes cosas útiles en una estancia (aceite, detergente, té, café...)

Lo peor es la puerta de entrada, no abre bien, nos dió problemas en varios momentos, la noche de llegada y el día anterior a la salida, y esto es un problema grave a solventar, imagínese llegar de noche y no poder entrar, tener que llamar y que la empresa no te pueda dar una solución. Esto se puede convertir en una situación estresante. Nos costó más de media hora que la puerta abriese. También en otro día nos dió muchos problemas en varios momentos para abrirse. Esto baja considerablemente la nota, una vez solventado el apartamento ganará en calidad y en valoración. Otro punto negativo es el mal olor de uno de los armarios. Dos cosas a solucionar, especialmente el tema de la puerta de acceso (la del apartamento, la de arriba, abre sin problema)

The place was exactly like the photos! Very comfy and clean. The location was great and close to everything!

The website like with the checkin details was nice, but I didn't know that I should also look there for the door codes once it was check-in time. I expected to receive an email with the door codes, because that's what AirBnB does... and you are unfortunately competing with them. They created that mental model for me. Even if you didn't email the door codes and had a blank page in the check-in details on the website that said something like... look here for the door codes at the time of check-in, so if I looked at the instructions days before, I would know what to expect and know where to look for this info. I had to call the customer service line to know where the code was, which isn't ideal. Also, just so you're aware, the refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived. It wasn't a big deal for us, but you might want to get it looked at.

La ubicación y todo decorado con mucho mimo . No le falta detalle. La cama cómoda y el entorno silencioso para el descanso.

El sistema de entrada se nos complicó un poco porque nos faltó el último paso de fianza , no quedó muy claro . Pero contestaron en el momento a todas las dudas

Overall ideal location, next to everything, from shops, pubs, bus and metro stops, parks... We were staying on the first floor, and we didn't hear noise from the apartment upstairs or the restaurant downstairs. It was furnished with all you could need to cook, do your laundry (except for a drying rack though but there's a towel rack in the bathroom), have a good time and relax.

While you don't get noise from your neighbors up and down, you get a lot of noise from the street down the apartment. From the building being renovated close to the apartment, to the pubs emptying dozens of bottles at a time several time a day, you hear it all. We were actually given sets of earplugs when we arrived. The windows are really thin and, with the noises, also let cold air enter the apartment. It is unfortunate as with these windows replaced, it would definitely greatly improve the place. Huge annoyance that maybe the owners could fix: 50% of the time, cars were parked in front of the main door, at some point blocking the entry if you had a big luggage to carry. Maybe a "no parking anytime" sign would help. Also, the apartment we got was apparently accessible for people with disabilities, which is great, but the sink in the bathroom for example was so so low, quite uncomfortable if you have to bend every time you use it for a week.

El alojamiento bien, sin problemas. Olía algo raro. Pero la devolución de la fianza, llevamos 3 semanas y aún no han hecho el ingreso y se supone que eran 5-7 días hábiles.

Que aún no me han devuelto la fianza.
