I loved everything about it.

We loved our stay at Ihlozi, it was peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were amazing, not only their cooking skills but also their conversation and kindness was unmatched.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

We had the most incredible stay at Ihlozi Bush Lodge! From the moment we arrived, Mel and Lyn made us feel right at home. They were so warm and welcoming, and what truly stood out was their flexibility and attention to our needs—from adjusting breakfast and dinner times to ensuring we were always comfortable. The lodge itself is secluded, peaceful, and beautifully set in nature, perfect for a proper getaway. And the food… wow! The French toast was my absolute favorite, and my husband is still raving about the ribs and polenta—delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it. They were always available to answer our questions and went out of their way to make our experience special. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the setting and the service so right. We’ll definitely be back—we truly can’t wait!
