Goede locatie, nieuwe badkamer en koelkast, schoon linnengoed.

Het geheel kwam gedateerd en haveloos over, behalve de badkamer was nieuw. Het was niet schoon en op sommige plekken zelfs vies. Nadat wij dit gelijk gemeld hadden, kwam Harry de volgende ochtend met de schoonmaakster (in opleiding) om naar onze klachten te kijken en zo mogelijk te verbeteren. Dit hebben wij gewaardeerd maar het is natuurlijk niet hoe het zou moeten. Het moet gewoon in orde zijn, zeker omdat we later in de revieuws lazen dat dezelfde klachten al eerder gemeld zijn. Harry heeft toegezegd dat er na ons heel goed gepoetst gaat worden door een professional en hij hij in de toekomst de flat gaat renoveren. Dat hopen wij dan maar. Wij voelden ons nu niet prettig in de flat en zijn een dag eerder vertrokken om in een fijne accomodatie onze vakantie af te sluiten.

The property is very basic & dated. It is obviously not serviced or checked before tenants take occupancy. The bin was rusty & the toaster dirty. We opted not to use any of the appliances & therefore ate out instead. I would definitely book it again. This property meeds a serious revamp & needs to be cleaned regularly. It is not acceptable when a new tenant has to take occupancy of a unit that has not been thoroughly cleaned before new tenants take occupancy. Would not recommend it to anyone and will certainly not book there again.😡👎😤

Harry and Barbara are good at communicating and check in is easy. The space has a cosy feel and is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and includes a rain shower. It's well stocked with toiletries. The building is quiet and, as other reviews have mentioned, the location is perfect for shopping,night life,and beaches. Angelina provided an excellent cleaning service on a weekly basis and made the space sparkle. This apartment is excellent value for a long stay. Highly recommended.
