"Tolle Unterkunft am Fuß des Aso-Nationalparks"

Die Besitzerin war unglaublich herzlich und bemüht und hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt! Die Lage ist auch toll und ebenfalls die Ausstattung. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 15 min Fußweg und von dort starten auch Busse zum Aso-san für Wanderungen.

Einziges Manko: Wir hatten klassische Betten und die Matratzen waren unfassbar weich und durchgelegen. Man spürte jede Sprungfeder. Dazu war alles mit Polyester bezogen und die Decken und Kopfkissen sehr schwer. Wir waren im Oktober da und uns war es bei 30 Grad einfach viel zu warm. Da hätten wir uns klassische Futonbetten gewünscht :-)

호스트의 신경질적이고 짜증섞인 고객응대에 매우 당황했습니다。 다른 언어를 사용하는 호스트와 게스트 사이에서 의사소통의 문제가 있을 수 있고、 이를 해결하려는 시도를 하는 도중에 매우 불쾌한 경험을 하였습니다。 추가로 비용을 지불하면 되는 간단한 과정에서 수트케이스의 바퀴를 걸레로 닦으면서 짜증 섞인 반응을 보이는가 하면、벌레가 들어오니 문을 닫아라、현관이 좁으니 슈트케이스를 밖에 다가 둬라 모든 의사소통에 짜증과 멸시감을 느꼈습니다。 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다。
