Tree Top Paradise

The house itself was great.

We had to pay an additional $125 at the gate of the resort. This was not expected.

The property was very comfortable and family friendly. Also, being pet friendly was a huge bonus for us.

Lots of steps, but not a deterrent for staying there in the future.

Showers are for shorter people. Could use a little updating in the bath rooms. But over all it was ok.

The house is really comfortable and well set up with all the basics we needed for full self catering. Sunset drinks on the balcony are wonderful. The location is great, with easy day access to Key West and other lower keys. I wish I had a boat to use the launch facilities, but the marina swimming area was great for some lap swimming, as was the pool for anyone who prefers that.

There is an additional $130 resort fee to pay on arrival though, which is not included in the booking.com fee and is not mentioned in the property description.

Clean comfortable home in great area. Pool and beach just short walk away. All the necessities for cooking if you choose. Easy jump off to Key West or the other nearby Keys. Screened in porch nice bonus space to relax AM or PM.

It was super cute, comfortable and close to what we wanted to see.

Spacious for two couples. Screened in porch was enjoyed daily. Easy to walk and bike around the complex with friendly neighbors.

We really enjoyed the privacy of the unit amongst the whole travel Park. Nice sitting out having coffee. However, the cat pee smell in the master bedroom and the lukewarm shower we're bummers!!!!!! Furthermore, we were told we could park our boat there and our boat is a 29 ft twin feet. When somebody tells you you can't do something and then you see a boat that is bigger than yours park there it kind of gets you a little upset if you know what I mean. That I didn't like. Would I go there again probably but I would want access for my boat which is the same for other people there. Doesn't make you feel good when you see you've been denied something and somebody else has been able to do something and we pay $130 resort fee and couldn't use the one thing we wanted to use was our boat there. People aren't that stupid they're probably not as mouthy as me but I'm being very honest.
