Location is really excellent.. Facilities are good. Area and spacing are well planned.

Service is really poor. Complimentary breakfast...does not have spoons and staff says generally we do not give since people use hand for eating..which is poor justification and staff awareness is poor. No land mark to reach reception. No fruit or milk even if we pay...The word resort does not carry any services provided there. Since place is good, I wish management can make it best place.

Non i would say

Room via booking.com is small n hotel reserve one particular room. Refused to change room even offer to pay more. Wifi internet and transaction via card no available. No breakfast and asked to wait till 845am even though informed checking out 730-745am.
