"Lovely location, staff and wifi, but infrastructure was a little old…"

The villa location was amazing, right in the middle of the core shopping street and with easy access to food, massages and shopping. Wifi was also stable and fast. Putu and Ketuk (the staff) were also super friendly, responsive and accommodating to all our requests :)

The place is generally a little old and could do with a fresh coat of paint. One of the toilet drainage was also a little slow… they were doing refurbishments to the villa after we left. Hopefully it will be all good for the next guests :)

"Relaxing, cosy and helpful staff"

Really clean and neat property, good for friends and family both. Very close to city centre and no issues at all. Putu and Kecut are really helpful. They arrange for everything you need help with. Would recommend to stay here

Good location, lovely staff to meet us upon arrival. Villa was well presented and clean.

Very cramped outdoor area for a 3 bedroom Villa. Pool was beautiful and great temperature but it was in the shade for most of the day, that was disappointing for me (others may actually prefer this).

"Comfortable and cosy villa in the middle of Canggu!"

The location was central, 10 min walk to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants around the area. Putu was a great host and was very welcoming on arrival and showed us around the villa to make sure our stay was comfortable. She also recommended a driver, who was so lovely and understanding and even helped us with food and spa recommendations around the Ubud area. Putu and the villa team also called one of our guests immediately after she left the villa to notify her that she left her wallet behind which is an example of great customer service. Would highly recommend this villa and pass on my thanks to Putu and the villa team!

The door to the main living room area was a bit heavy and the door to the master bedroom and bathroom didn't have a door handle so it was a bit hard to open at times.

Had some slight issues with the water not being on which were fixed promptly
