Villa Ravaka Ubud

Very cool place! The owners are gorgeous people, everything was done quickly, decorated, fed with food, drank, provided all the amenities! The room is always clean, the pool is transparent. We did not regret that we chose this place, we recommend it to everyone!

New property, not bad facilities, clean and quiet neighborhood.

Service needs desperate improvement. Staff untrained and inexperienced. Villa was remotely managed by a manager who expected us to whatsapp or call her of any issue. Nobody to receive us upon our arrival at 6:00 pm and we were kept waiting for 30 minutes before the staff finally showed up. When checked in, manager called, instead of offering any apology for the absence of her staff, she questioned about my booking and it turned out she missed my booking order for one of the rooms, and again no apology from her for the oversight. No staff were stationed at villa one night. On the first morning, breakfast was served late and on the following morning, the staff totally forgot about our breakfast order. Of all the chaos, no apology from the manager until demanded. Online car service like Gojek and Grab can only drop but not pick up guests from the villa. You have to use village local taxi service to get out, which costs 200K IDR to Ubud center, triple of the usual Gojek price. The open bathroom offers no privacy. Others can literally walk into your bathroom if they want.

The villa is in quiet location in about 10 minutes drive by scooter from central Ubud. If you wanna relax amazing choice as the pool is also quite nice and huge. The house is beautiful, very well equipped - we didn’t miss anything. We appreciated a specious room which was really clean a so comfortable. We didn’t wanna leave and extend for another extra night. Maybe tip for nailing it even more: change towels every day not just a first day and some hanger would be nice to dry clothes when you soak on scooter as this is wet country. Other than that perfect 👌

Bim - the guy who looks after everything for you at the property. He was happy to help with any request you had and always did it with a smile. The facilities were new and super clean.

A great new villa with a good location! I came here for 6 days and extended it for another 4 days, because I really liked it 😊 I'll tell you briefly, but to the point. If you have chosen this villa, then you will definitely not regret it! 1. Location. It is located in a beautiful quiet place with a beautiful view. There are no roosters crowing nearby since 5 a.m. and there is no noisy road. It is better to get to the center by bike for 5-10 minutes. at a cost of 15k if you use a taxi. The road is very good. There is a waterfall nearby, and there is also a shop on the opposite side 😉 2. The room. Everything is new and of good quality. The mattress and pillows are new, there is hot water, air conditioning. They always clean it up. Of the features, the villa has 4 rooms, and three of them with an open toilet. 😳 I was confused at first, and then it even turned out that such a solution was even better. There is no bad smell and dampness. All the guests are decent and no one will come in, in any case, you can lock the access to the room with a key. 3. The staff. The manager and all her staff are great people! 🔝 Special thanks for that! Everyone is friendly and can tell you everything. They will even tell you places to visit, by the way, you can rent a bike from them. 4. Breakfast. Everything is great here, everything is very diverse and delicious. From the nuances, breakfast must be ordered a day in advance, so they bring it, and do not cook in front of you, but this is not a problem 😋 Thank you all! Cleat and new property in the amazing place surrounded by rise terasses and palms. Staff was very friendly and helpful
