Hervorragende Wahl, wenn keine Übernachtung / Unterkunft im von Touristen überlaufenen Kotor angestrebt wird. Die Unterkunft (inklusive kostenfreien Parkplatzes oberhalb des Apartments) ist ruhig und wunderbar in der Bucht von Kotor gelegen. Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte im ebenerdigen Apartment mit Zugang zur Terrasse und Bucht. Kotor ist fußläufig in ca 50 Minuten als auch mit dem Auto seht gut zu erreichen. Ebenso führt die Strasse in die andere Richtung nach Perast und Herceg Novi.

Pedja and his family are wonderful hosts. He welcomed us with beers, which was a very nice gesture. The property’s location is top notch- right outside the waterfront area. It’s secluded from the crowded Kotor Old Town which makes the stay very peaceful. Kotor Old Town is about a 40 minute walk away. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Pedja made sure we had the best time and helped us whenever required. We truly had the time of our lives

Der Gastgeber Pedja und seine gesamte Familie waren unglaublich nett, offenherzig und immer gut drauf! Sie waren extrem hilfsbereit und absolut easy going. Ein tolles Highlight war, dass man ganz unkompliziert und kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen durfte. Man fühlt sich hier einfach rundum willkommen! und die Lage direkt an der Bucht mit Bademöglichkeit und Bootsanliegeplatz direkt vor dem Apartment ist sehr gut.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr familiär, da Pedja und seine Familie im selben Gebäude wohnen. Für manche Gäste ist das toll, für mich als introvertierten Menschen war es anfangs eine Umstellung. Es ist alles sehr locker; Ein wichtiger Tipp für andere Gäste betrifft den Flughafentransfer: Der vom Gastgeber empfohlene Taxifahrer verlangte für die Fahrt vom Flughafen 60 €. Ich habe danach selbst recherchiert und herausgefunden, dass das seriöse lokale Unternehmen Red Taxi dieselbe Strecke für 25 € anbietet. Ich empfehle daher, Taxis lieber selbst vorab zu organisieren; Wichtig für die Lage (obwohl die Unterkunft selbst unten ruhig an der Bucht liegt): Wenn man Ausflüge nach Kotor oder Perast machen möchte, wird es ohne Auto schwierig. Die obere Hauptstraße ist extrem eng, laut und als Fußgänger brandgefährlich. Der öffentliche Bus ist leider eine Katastrophe. Es gibt weder Fahrpläne noch feste Zeiten an den Haltestellen – man weiß nie, ob oder wann ein Bus kommt. Der Weg entlang der Hauptstraße zu den Haltestellen ist wegen des Verkehrs extrem gefährlich.

Exceptional property located in a quiet neighborhood like setting but within walking distance of highly rated restaurants and the old town of Kotor. Rooms are beautifully decorated with well equipped with kitchen and washer. They offer private boat and fishing tours and also have bicycles and standup paddle boards on site. There is a swimming platform but also a small private beach, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoy the garden patio and lawn chairs. Best of all though is the host family! They go above and beyond to ensure guests are welcomed and when I had a medical situation, they rearranged their day to allow me a longer stay and even offered to go to the pharmacy for me! They represent what it means to provide exceptional Montenegro hospitality. I highly recommend a stay at Regina’s!

Nothing - it was perfect.

Domaćin je ljubazan i pažljiv. Oblast u kojoj se nalazi smestaj je tiha i bezbedna. Prostor je zadržao elemente stare gradnje i odlično je uklopljen u mediteranski stil. Izuzetno lep studio. Prostrano dvoriste i blizina obale daje dodatni osećaj privatnosti. Privatni parking je od velikog značaja.

Nemam nikakav prigovor. Sve je bilo dobro.
